全新的防疫政策《新十条》重磅落地，这回算是一锤定音了。
新政策的放开程度达到了前所未有的高度。
近乎等同于全线放开。
要知道，刚发布的二十条距今还不到一个月时间。
政策来得很突然，但也在意料之中，只是时间早晚的问题。
不管愿不愿意接受，我们都要承认：一个时代彻底结束了。
新十条的内容每一条都很重磅，稳准狠的切中防疫中各个层面的要害。
咱们慢慢唠唠。
第一条，直接结束了以往动不动就全城或者大面积区域封控的局面。
以往防疫政策，不管是九不准还是二十条，虽然也规定了只能对高风险区进行封控，但是这里面有模糊的地方：
很多处出现“随意”两字。
各地在执行国家政策的过程中，围绕这两字玩起了文字游戏。
我在网上听到的某地最夸张的解释：我们并没有随意封控低风险，我们是 在 认真研判之后进行的封控。
除了玩文字游戏，还诞生了一系列的新名词：“临时管控”、“静默”、“临时静默”、“流动性管理”...
他们在侮辱老百姓的智商，但老百姓却没有办法。
新十条中一句“不得采取各种形式的临时封控”，完全结束了这一局面。
意味着“封城”二字，以后再也不会出现了。
第二条，剑指核酸。
里面有三个重点：
①以后再无全员核酸检测。
②除了“养老院、福利院、医疗机构、托幼机构、中小学”等特殊场所外，其他所有公共场所都不再需要核酸证明，重中之重：“不再查验健康码”！
这意味着，健康码将彻底退出历史舞台。
③不再对跨地区流动人员查验健康码和核酸，不再开展落地检。
这一条落地后，各地的火车站和高速路口将彻底恢复畅通。
今年的春节，再也没人能阻碍大家回家的脚步了。

第三条，直捣方舱黄龙。
具备居家隔离条件的无症状和轻症，可采取居家隔离，也可自愿集中隔离。
无症状和轻症居家、重症危重症进入医院，属于方舱的时代彻底结束。
就拿我所在的小县城来说，此时此刻还在拼命的加盖方舱，两层的集装箱房早已是过去式，现在连夜施工的是三层钢结构房屋。
不知道盖这么多的方舱到底要给谁住。
可以猜到的是，相关领导看到新十条后内心一定很失落。
第四条，在二十条中出现过。
只不过二十条中的原话是：高风险区连续5天未发现新增感染者，降为低风险区。
现在直接是：连续5天没有新增及时解封，意思更加直白。
有了第五条，以后再也不会出现因为药物断供发生意外的局面。
抗疫三年，有多少人没有感染新冠却因新冠而死...
哎，一言难尽。
六七两条，连续两条政策给到高龄群体，足见老年人在面对后面的局面时的风险性。
老年群体接种疫苗刻不容缓。
广州本轮疫情80岁以上感染者达到656人，近一半未接种疫苗。
当务之急是尽快完成疫苗接种。
张文宏医生表示：
“对于高龄群体，重症发生率相对较高，打过疫苗的可以达到76%的保护性。
心脏疾病、代谢性疾病、慢性肾脏病、长期卧床，肿瘤都是重症的重要因素。
老年人的重症，有百分之十是新冠重症，有百分之九十是基础的重症。
基础症状加新冠重症放在一起构成了老年人的重症。
我们走出疫情的最终的一个关键节点，就是脆弱人群的一个保护。”
第八条，完全是为了保证民生。
“白名单”三字是重中之重。
不管出现任何状况、医疗、公安、运输、商超、水电暖等民生服务绝对不能停，尽全力保障社会正常运转。
就医难、东边高价菜、西边坏地里的局面，以后再也不会有了。
第九条一分为二。
一半让乌鲁木齐火灾的警钟延续下去。
另一半，还是给到了弱势群体，充分考虑了弱势群体的就医问题。
最后一条，给了孩子们。
就拿我的孩子来说，本学期在学校仅上了一个月就停课回家。

一时间全民开启了疯抢。
线上平台，宣称不涨价的阿里健康大药房，直接被干断货下架该药品。
同样不涨价的京东大药房早已开启了预约模式。
就连价格翻数倍各个旗舰店小店，也都被一扫而空。
香港销售的港版连花清瘟都被高价倒流了回来成了网购的主力军。
24粒的港版连花清瘟，5盒的价格被干到了199元。
看到此情此景，我默默打开了两个月前的购物列表，那时我买来治感冒用的两盒48粒的连花清瘟，才花了28块钱。
网购如此，实体店更不用多说，现有的一些存货卖完后，后面将再无新货。
其实所有人哄抢的局面，源自于信息获取渠道的狭窄：
